With no background in beauty, and a career in real estate behind him, Salvatore built Hampton Sun from the ground up through tireless research, industry immersion, and unwavering passion. Alongside his partner Grant Wilfley, he transformed an idea into a luxury brand that would soon carve out its own space in the sun care category.

From its earliest launch, Hampton Sun distinguished itself with a hyper-unique, timeless aesthetic—one infused with the ease, elegance, and elevated spirit of the Hamptons. Today, that vision lives on in every bottle.

RANDE GERBER | Co-Owner - In 2023, a partnership between Rande Gerber and Hampton Sun was born. Gerber discovered the brand while staying at the Four Seasons in Miami with his wife, Cindy Crawford, and was immediately drawn to the way the products felt on his skin. After sharing Hampton Sun with close friends and family—who quickly became loyal fans—his connection to the brand deepened.

As a co-founder of Casamigos Tequila and a visionary behind multiple iconic ventures, Gerber brings a dynamic layer of creative insight and entrepreneurial excellence to Hampton Sun.

GRANT WILFLEY | Co-Owner / Vice President - A longtime New York native and Hamptons resident since the late 1980s, Grant Wilfley is the founder and president of Grant Wilfley Casting—one of New York City’s leading film and television casting companies.

At Hampton Sun, Grant plays a key role in the brand’s creative development, bringing a discerning eye and a deep curiosity for innovation. From emerging ingredient technologies to evolving consumer trends, he continuously explores new ideas to help shape and elevate Hampton Sun’s product offering.
