How do I start a return?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of our Privet Bloom items. Please start your return here: Start a Return.

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email containing a pre-paid shipping label. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you.

Where is my order / what is my order status?

Please ensure you enter a valid email address at checkout, as all automatic order updates will be sent there. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you are not finding any of the below communications in your normal inbox.

  • EMAIL #1: Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • EMAIL #2: Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email containing a tracking number.
  • EMAIL #3: Once your package is fulfilled and is scanned in by the mail carrier, you will receive another email and the tracking information will begin to update.

Please keep your tracking number handy. As your package moves towards its destination, the tracking information will continue updating automatically.

I need to cancel my order

If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at team@hamptonsun.com. If your order hasn’t yet been assigned a tracking number, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

If the order has already shipped, unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel it. In that case, we ask that you please wait for your order to arrive and then return it for a refund. At that time, you may start your return here: Start a Return.

What is your shipping policy?

Hampton Sun orders are shipped via DHL or UPS, depending on the parcel weight.

Orders between 1 oz. and 4 lbs. ship with DHL, while parcels weighing 5 lbs. or more ship with UPS.

Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a second email containing either a DHL or UPS tracking number.

For updates, please check the tracking number assigned to your order.

Orders of $50+ automatically qualify for free shipping.

How do I cancel/change my subscription?

You may access your subscription settings to make any changes here.

I received a "delivered" notification, but my package isn't here

First, check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email—you’ll be able to view the full delivery history there. (If you don’t see this email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folders.)

Please take a moment to carefully check all surrounding areas where the package may have been placed. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package isn’t visible, we recommend waiting 2–3 business days. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly ahead of time, and they often arrive within the following days.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 3 business days, please contact us at team@hamptonsun.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

My package was "returned to sender"

If your tracking information states that your order is being or has been "returned to sender" we will automatically refund the order once we receive and process it. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

If your order was "returned to sender" and you have not received a refund, please reach out to team@hamptonsun.com so we can assist.

If you wish to place your order again, please ensure all of your shipping information is entered correctly before submitting.

I need to change the shipping address on my order

In an effort to fulfill and ship all orders out as quickly as possible, shipping address changes / other changes cannot be made to an order after it is placed. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.

How can I know when a product comes back in stock?

When an item is restocked, we notify our Beach Club subscribers first. To stay in the know, make sure you're signed up for The Beach Club. You can join by scrolling to the bottom of any page on our website and entering your email in the sign-up bar located in the bottom right corner.
